Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClanHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ClanHub is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for Old School RuneScape (OSRS) clans. It provides competition management, stats tracking, bingo events, point systems, rank progression, Discord integration, and clan website hosting. ClanHub operates on a freemium model with a free tier and optional Premium subscription.

3. Accounts

You must sign in using Discord OAuth to create a ClanHub account. Each person may maintain only one ClanHub account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your Discord credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in connection with botting, macroing, or any activity that violates the OSRS Terms of Service.
  • Engage in or facilitate real-world trading (RWT) of in-game items, gold, or accounts through the platform.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users of the Service or members of any clan on the platform.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service or extract data without prior written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, the API, or any ClanHub infrastructure.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent data through the RuneLite plugin or any other means.

5. Intellectual Property

Old School RuneScape is a trademark of Jagex Ltd. All OSRS game content, images, and data are the property of Jagex. ClanHub is not affiliated with or endorsed by Jagex.

The ClanHub platform, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by ClanHub. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without permission.

6. Premium Subscriptions

ClanHub offers Premium subscriptions at $8 per month or $72 per year. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed per clan and renew automatically unless cancelled.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Premium access until then.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused time after cancellation.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect on their subscription.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of ClanHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

  • Violation of the Acceptable Use policy.
  • Abuse of the platform or its infrastructure.
  • Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.
  • Repeated violations after prior warnings.

You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ClanHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Jagex Ltd. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any game data displayed on the platform. OSRS game data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable at times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClanHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users.
